Mission
The Oregon Conservative Caucus is an active, registered Oregon nonprofit that has recently filed for 501(c)(4) nonprofit status. We empower citizens to become community leaders who protect constitutional principles and conservative values. We first filed our articles of organization in 2024. We are not a PAC. We are not a political party. We are all volunteers.
WHAT WE'RE DOING ... AND WHY
Together, we can flip our state red.
We've created a roadmap to bring Oregon back from the ashes. The far-left's stranglehold on all three branches of Oregon government must come to an end. This goal isn't a pipedream; it's very achievable.
We miss the times when adults were in charge of the room and character counted. We have a solid, boots-on-the-ground strategy to network, train, educate and motivate conservatives across the state county by county. Our expert leadership and grassroots membership are united under our mission with a sense of conservative camaraderie and a freedom-fighting spirit. We strive to include a broad range of Republican voters - young and old alike - from the I-5 corridor to rural NE Oregon.
You don't need any political experience to join our movement. If you have experience, you're also completely welcome. If you love America and Oregon, have an interest in civics, and are fed up with our government's abandonment of constitutional principles, but just aren't really sure how to start making a change, please read on. We promote values such as fiscal responsibility, free speech, the right to keep and bear arms, freedom of religion, private property rights, limited government and more. We are focused on the long-term for Oregon and our nation.
We're bringing the ground game.
ACTION
Register voters. We'll start an online counter in the months ahead. Winning is a numbers game, and achieving the numbers takes hard work. Each of our chapters features a built-in plan to register voters each month - and an incentive system to go with it.
Vote chase, Get Out the Vote (GOTV), and legally ballot harvest in targeted precincts and districts. Citizens have been told their votes don't count for far too long. Some of Oregon's legislative seats were won or lost by fewer than 200 votes, proving that this rhetoric is false. The people spreading this narrative control the playing field, and have successfully demoralized Oregon conservatives. Do you want to just sit there and bleed? Or do you want to DO something?
Finally, we'll train future leaders who are solid, salt-of-the-Earth citizens focused on constitutional principles. We plan to implement a specialized candidate training program once we firmly establish our chapters across Oregon's 36 counties.
EDUCATION
OCC will educate citizens about the structure of Oregon's political parties, government, elections, key issues, and all the inside baseball you won't hear elsewhere. How do national politics really work? How do international politics work and why do they affect Oregon? What does opposition research look like and how does one do it accurately? How does one vet and weed out dishonest politicians? What is a false flag operation? How can one think like a constitutional lawyer or judge? What does it look like inside Oregon's legislative process? Our members will learn the nuts and bolts of our system through original educational courses and events not found elsewhere.
CONNECTION
Network and organize with like-minded citizens community by community to strategically analyze and act with set, measurable goals in place. Members will have access to exciting events, training sessions, meetings and more. Because of our approved membership structure, the Oregon Conservative Caucus will not be neutered with in-fighting, ignorance, or a leadership void; those things create chaos - and those in chaos cannot create.

Chair
A constitutional conservative, homeschool mom, author, and publishing company owner, Kerry is the former mayor of Baker City and GOP 2022 gubernatorial candidate in Oregon. She serves as a senior advisor for Republicans Overseas and co-founded its Worldwide Freedom Initiative. Prior to forming her own business in 2007, she held a corporate vice presidency in the engineering industry, heading up marketing and public relations. She holds an international relations degree.

Co-Chair
Solomon served as Oregon's RNC National Committeeman for 24 years, where he was part of the RNC executive committee and most other RNC committees. He became Oregon's first and historically, only member of the RNC Eagles 168 due to his fundraising success for the Trump 47 Committee, and is widely recognized as one of three RNC members who spearheaded the fight to protect Trump's 2016 nomination. Solomon co-founded the Republican National Conservative Caucus and Republicans Overseas - including its Worldwide Freedom Initiative. He holds an MBA, founded and operated his own businesses over 40 years, and is known around the world as a prominent anti-CCP activist.

Secretary
Jean is a former city council member from Columbia County whose background includes involvement in several philanthropic organizations, and one statewide initiative to protect Oregon's Second Amendment rights. Under her guidance, her city was one of the first in Oregon to take a stand against then-Gov. Brown's lockdowns. She serves as a caregiver to a disabled veteran, with veterans' advocacy a cause near and dear to her heart.

A former RNC Treasurer, Randy Pullen resides in Arizona. He has been a state party Chair and RNC National Committeeman. A CPA and MBA, Randy has also served on a number of prestigious nonprofit boards and foundations. He is the founder of WageWatch, Inc., representing 5,000 member companies and 1.5 million employees.

Oregon's last Sr. Advisor to the Trump Campaign, Russ Walker, is a well-known conservative political consultant and campaign strategist. He has worked with everyone from Klamath Falls farmers regarding water rights to Sen. Mike Lee, Dr. Ben Carson, and countless Oregon candidates. He also served as a state Vice Chair for the Oregon Republican Party.

Judge Day is a former Chair of the Oregon Republican Party who worked as a circuit court judge in Marion County. In addition to his private practice, he now serves as counsel for the James Madison Center for Free Speech - providing advocacy and education regarding our First Amendment.

Dr. Armstrong is the owner of Armstrong Medical Group in Texas - a state located in the heart of America's border crisis. He's the current TX National Committeeman to the RNC and former Vice Chair Southern Region, RNC. He previously served on the Finance Commission of Texas where he was appointed by Governor Greg Abbott.

Debra is a practicing attorney and former National Committeewoman to the RNC from Montana. She is a former chair of the Montana Republican Party and a former member of the Montana House of Representatives. She also holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance and management.

A certified firearms instructor, Willes Lee is a board member and past First Vice President of the NRA. He served as co-chairman of the Trump-Pence Second Amendment Coalition. Willes is a highly decorated Gulf War veteran and former Chair of the Hawaii Republican Party.

Natural Resources
A full-time Oregon cattle rancher, Suzan is well-versed in natural resources from farming and ranching to logging. She authored much of the Oregon Republican Party's natural resources platform plank as it still reads today. She holds a B.S. in Political Science. Suzan served as Chair of the Baker County Republicans for 12 years, and recently retired as the GOP Chair for Congressional District 2.

Robyn is the founder/speaker of Stirring Embers and owner/chief coffee roaster of Brewed GRIT in Wasco County, Oregon. With Stirring Embers she has created a network, largely reaching women, Christians, and younger generations. She remotely helped Gov. Sarah Palin's campaign during her 2022 congressional race. Robyn is endorsed by Dr. James Dobson as a pro-life speaker.

Since 2007, Bill has served as the mayor of Adair Village, Oregon. Along with Solomon, he was one of the individuals in Oregon asked to personally file President Trump's candidate paperwork in Oregon.
